AT LAST!!! I’m Thrilled To Bring You… ESCO Style and CAT Style Bucket Teeth

YES FINALLY IN STOCK NOW

 I’ll never forget the day, walking out of the wear parts store and saying … Are they taking the P#SS… after all they’re just bucket teeth. Do they really cost this much???

That was nearly two years ago.  And i never thought it would take this long to bring you Monster Bucket Teeth. It did though. You see, there were unforeseen circumstances…

One was the lack of information. I needed to find out why these simple bucket teeth we’re costing me a fortune. And i did! And for the most part… Guys — they are taking the P#SS!

Next was that i had to find out the different grades available. And i did… here they are:

T1 which is cheap,nasty and generally crap – they break easy and don’t last long… This is what most people who supply after market bucket teeth buy out of china. The T1 Spec is as follows:
47-52HRC
akv>=16J
>=1499Mpa
>=3%
>=1040N/mm2

T2 grade which is what we supply. These are perfectly suited to Australian conditions. They are hard wearing and long lasting. They are the perfect mix of durability and cost viability – They are this spec:
48-52HRC
akv>=20J
>=1500Mpa
>=4%
>=1100N/mm2
The cost of these are more to manufacture but the teeth are harder wearing and last longer – however it is important to remember that ultimately they are wear part and are sacraficial (but you know that already).

The last grade which is T3 – the best grade which is suited to permafrost type conditions (middle of Russia 40 below type situations) these are even harder and more expensive…. MUCH MORE. (In the future we will also offer this grade – at a good price of course). But for now we only supply this  T2 – which give you good wear and get the job done at a reasonable price.
T3 Spec:
48-52HRC
akv>=20J
>=1550Mpa
>=5%
>=1100N/mm2

So… where to from here – well it’s easy – 1. Click on anyone of the tabs showing the style of tooth you require 2. Then simply select the model that fits your machine. 3. Select the quantity. 4.Hit the checkout button. 5. We process your order immediately. 6. And next they arrive in the post shortly there after.

And if you have any special request just send us an email.
